Japan Travels and Food!

Person has been very difficult and has not been helping us with our blog very much lately. This is not good because I know everyone is eager to see more photo's from our trip to Japan. We told person we would be good all day so that she had time to help us with this post. It has been very hard but we mostly succeeded and now she is helping us.

There was lots of yummy food to eat and look at in Japan. There were beautiful cakes in lots and lots of bakeries. You can see an example in the picture above. We wanted to buy all the cakes so we could try each one and vote for our favorite. Person said we would get sick if we ate too much and would only let each of us pick one. At least we got to taste two cakes that way because we decided to share both of our pieces. The cakes were super tasty. We did get in trouble for getting frosting all over our paws and rubbing some of it in person's hair. Apparently she didn't need any more conditioner. It looked similar to what she puts on her hair so it was confusing. We thought she'd be happy.

Can you believe this food is plastic?!

At many places in Japan they have plastic food on display. It looked so real that we thought we could eat it. I wanted to try but person said it was for looking at only. She would't even let me touch it! She did buy me a little food eraser that I can play with. It is for studying but I don't like to study. I like to play.

Elsie is having a very good day!

Elsie was really excited when we found carrot juice in one of the stores we visited. The box was as tall as her! Japan was a very rabbit friendly place with carrot juice, cakes and lots of parks to explore.

The cakes were so good in Japan that we want to try to make some here. We are thinking a green tea cake would be good. Person is often busy in the morning so we plan on making a cake to surprise her. The oven is dangerous and she told us not to use it but I'm sure it will be OK if we are very careful. Elsie wants to add carrots to the cake but I don't think that's a good idea. We both agree that the cake will need lots of sugar. I'm sure person will be pleased that we are making a special cake for her. Her rules about the kitchen are probably just because she doesn't know what great cooks we are. I don't see how anything could go wrong with this plan. What do you think?
